Tonners dolls and accessories in the United States. All items
are Mint Never Removed From Box (MNRFB). We only ship within
the continental United States. All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are accepted. We will replace merchandise
that is damaged during shipment provided the customer retains
the original damaged shipping carton for Fed Ex inspection.
Box condition is not guaranteed for replacement on ANY sale
or clearance items. Quantities are limited on all dolls, therefore,
some orders may not be filled. We will contact you via email
in the event that your order can not be filled.
We will NOT use the US Postal Service for any shipments due to the experienced damage to our products .
We reserve the right to reject any order.
We offer several methods of payment. The fastest
method of payment for our customers is to charge the order
with a Visa or Mastercard using our secure online shopping
cart.
Customers may also pay by money order, but this method may
delay your shipment. Orders paid by money order will be shipped
immediately upon receipt of the money order. Payment by personal
check is no longer accepted.

of Dolls Customer Service is available Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m
EST. We will be closed SATURDAY and SUNDAY from June 1 through September 3, 2009. All orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

We travel to many toy and doll shows throughout the year and
are always happy to see you.
Orders from the continental United States are
shipped via Federal Express (Fed Ex Ground/Insured). The cost is $12.00
for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item
with some exceptions. If an order consists of 4 or more dolls
an additional $6.00 shipping will be added
to accommodate the extra shipping boxes. Third party shipment
requires a signature as proof of delivery to that party. There
is an additional $2.00 fee added to the shipping
charge for this service. We do ship to the purchaser's name
at their work address at no additional fee. Shipping
on small items such as shoe packs or small boxed Kelly dolls
may be adjusted down depending on the total order. You will
receive an email of any adjusted amount on the shipping cost.
We no longer ship to APO and FPO addresses.
It
is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of all
address changes. If a package has to be rerouted due to an
incorrect shipping address, an additional $6.00 will be charged
to the customer. This is the amount that Fed Ex charges to
change an address in transit. We are not responsible for any
shipping delays once it leaves our store.
Pre-ordering is available
on all future issued merchandise. Pre-Ordering reserves an
item before it is available from the Manufacturer. Simply
place your order through our secure online shopping cart and
the item will be reserved for you. We will contact you via
email when the item becomes available. You will not be charged
until the item is shipped. No deposit is required.
We take customer service and your privacy seriously.
For your protection, all customer order information is kept
confidential. It will never be sold or given to any other
businesses or websites. We appreciate your business and are
